Require 2ww Respiratory referral

CXR suggests lung cancer or mesothelioma

≥40y + unexplained haemoptysis

Require 2ww Head and Neck referral

≥45y + hoarseness (unexplained and persistent)

Require 2ww Haematology referral

Shortness of breath + unexplained lymphadenopathy or unexplained splenomegaly

Require CXR within 2 weeks

≥40y + never smoked + any 2 from: cough, fatigue, shortness of breath, chest pain, weight loss, appetite loss

≥40y + ever smoked + any 1 from: cough, fatigue, shortness of breath, chest pain, weight loss, appetite loss

≥40y + asbestos exposure + any 1 from: cough, fatigue, shortness of breath, chest pain, weight loss, appetite loss

≥40y + any from: persistent or recurrent chest infection, finger clubbing, supraclavicular lymphadenopathy or persistent cervical lymphadenopathy, chest signs consistent with lung cancer, thrombocytosis.

≥40y + finger clubbing or chest signs compatible with pleural disease
